What if an item I like has sold out in my size?

Most of our pieces have been designed so that they are adjustable, however, our seasonal items will be restocked as they sell out. Sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified when sold out styles are restocked on www.finleyandfergus.com

Can I return a sale item?

No, not unless the item is faulty. This does not apply to promotional discounts via a code at checkout; only store sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

Where are the Finley & Fergus products designed and manufactured?

Our items are designed in Australia and manufactured in China.

What material is used to make the products and how to I care for my products?

Our products are made from 100% Polyester and should always be hand-washed in cold water and dried flat in the shade.

What sizes do our products come in?

All of our products come in sizes to suit XS - L dogs. Unfortunately we do not cater for XL dogs at this time, but stay tuned for pup-dates.
